Hussain Aswan

Hussain Aswan is a serial entrepreneur and investor from the Maldives who is self-motivated, focus-oriented, reliable and innovative. Out of passion for built environment and high-rise buildings, he founded Project Solutions Pvt Ltd in 2015, a successful construction company based in Maldives. Project Solutions is an innovative construction company which provides end-to-end construction and engineering solutions. Projects involved are mainly in Building Construction, Civil Construction, Interior Finishing, Real Estate and Property Management. Since its founding, Aswan has been its full-time Executive and Project Director. Aswan is highly skilled in Strategic Planning, Project Management, Project Consultancy and Construction Skills such as Construction Methodology, Value Engineering, and Quantity Surveying. He is further developing his construction skills as proud member of internationally recognized construction institute CIOB (Chartered Institute of Building). He started his professional career as a programmer at the age of just 18. Now with a combined 15 years of business and leadership experience, he manages and hold stakes in various industries such as technology, tourism, food and beverage and trading.
